Eloise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Her experience includes: the Minnesota Orchestra Volunteer Association (executive director) in Minneapolis Minnesota, Trollwood Performing Arts School (operations director) in Moorhead Minnesota, The Fargo Theatre (executive director) in Fargo North Dakota and the Red River Boy Choir (executive director) in Fargo.

ADAM PANKOW, Artistic Director
Adam attended Concordia College, Moorhead where he earned a B.A. in Theatre. After working across the country with a variety of theatre organizations, Adam returned to the Fargo area where he attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated with a B.S. in English Education. Adam is a familiar face to the local theatre community, having spent the last ten years as the Director of Theatre first at West Fargo High School and then, upon its completion, at Sheyenne High School, with both schools winning multiple awards and accolades during his tenure. With extensive acting, technical, and directing credits to his name, Pankow will look to continue his tradition of theatrical excellence in tandem with FMCT’s mission to engage and enrich the FM community.

JEFFERY NIBBE, Technical and Facilities Director
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre arts from Minnesota State University Moorhead. His experience includes: freelance stage direction, marketing assistance, work with the Ampa Theatre (designer) in St. George, Utah and positions as assistant stage manager, scenic designer and stage director at FMCT.

SHELLY HURT-GEIST- Costuming Director
Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in apparel and textiles from North Dakota State University as well as attaining a cosmetology license in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Her experience includes: work with Trollwood Performing Arts School and freelance design.

LINDSEY STACKLIE- Development Director
Lindsey studied communication management and theatre arts at North Dakota State University. She has over eight years of leadership experience working for a major retailer focusing on branding, public relations and customer service. In her retail experience Lindsey created an environment which provided growth opportunities for staff while increasing profitability for the business. Other work experience includes organizational development, partnership building and leadership training.

LUCAS RUTTEN, General Manager
Lucas holds a Bachelor of Music degree in music industry from Minnesota State University Moorhead. His experience includes four years as Assistant Director of Theatre at West Fargo High School and Sheyenne High School, lead audio technician and sound designer with the Straw Hat Players, as well as many performing credits in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The activities of The Stage at Island Park are supported in part with proceeds from charitable gaming. In accordance with the North Dakota Games of Chance Administrative Rules, all financial information and tax returns are made available for inspection at NPPA by appointment. This information is updated quarterly. NPPA gaming sites include the Baymont Inn and the Windbreak Saloon, located in Fargo, North Dakota, Borrowed Bucks and The Loft in Grand Forks and Happy Trails in Argusville.
